About You
➢ You will hold an ACECQA-approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
➢ Great understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
➢ Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
➢ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
➢ A current Working with Children Check
➢ First Aid certificate
➢ You will also share our commitment and passion for bringing learning to life and inspiring the children in our care to reach their full potential.
➢ Need to have solid programming curriculum experience!
➢ Willing to be proactive in implementing the curriculum.
➢ Bright, friendly, and energetic personality
➢ Ability to build strong connections with children and families.
➢ Dedicated to developing the future of children.
➢ Must hold Australian recognised qualifications and have working rights in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident)

About the role:
➢ Ensure that a developmentally & educationally appropriate program is planned & implemented for all children.
➢ Assess the needs of each child and monitor their progress.
➢ Supervise children and work collaboratively with colleagues.
➢ Maintain effective communication with the parents of each child.
➢ Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members.
➢ Develop quality programs suitable for different age groups.
➢ Maintain and manage the resources for your room.
➢ Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
➢ Have an exciting time with the children.
