Certificate 3 Early Childhood Trainee

We have a permanent position for a Certificate 3 Trainee educator to join our team - No experience is needed. Immediate start.
Days of Work: Monday to Friday
Hours of work: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and has a vibrant and caring personality to join our small working family.
During your traineeship, you will be provided with:
- 3 hours onsite dedicated study time per week / 6 hrs per fortnight
- Access to a well-resourced service
- Dedicated time with the Educational Leader
- Support & mentorship from experienced colleagues
- Three week’s leave from December to January
- Paid, ongoing Professional Development and Training throughout the year.
About Us
The Children’s Preschool is located at Glenhaven, in the Sydney Hills District, and provides quality education and care for children aged 3 - 6.
We are a small service catering to 39 children. We emphasize creating a home-like environment where children feel like they belong and are encouraged to play, discover, and learn. We have a close-knit and supportive community of educators, families, and children. We have beautiful natural outdoor environments for children and educators.
All applicants must:
- Have a current or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check
- Right to work in Australia.
- Must be 18 years or over
- Must complete the traineeship within 12 months.

About The Children's Preschool
Our boutique preschool is a hidden gem located at the Glenhaven Community Centre within The Hills Shire in North Western Sydney.
We operate Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 48 weeks a year. We are an approved provider, therefore childcare benefit and childcare rebate are available to eligible families.We provide a small personalised service for families. We are 30 place centre offering education and care for children aged between 3 to 6 years. We are conveniently located next door to Glenhaven Public School and less than a 15 minute drive from surrounding suburbs in The Hills Shire and surrounding suburbs.
