Room Leader/Lead Educator Position - Woolooware
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Educator to join our Footsteps Family in a Room Leader Position in our beautiful Exceeding Rated Centre. This is a full time position but a 4 day week will also be considered.
Diploma preferred but will consider an experienced Certificate 3, must have experience with 0-3 year olds and be able to work in a Room Leader Role.

Experienced Educators
Selection Criteria:
- Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualfied
- Experience with 0-3 year olds
- Current First Aid and Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- A strong commitment to development and career progression
- Evidence of initiative and a progressive approach to your work with children
