Home Based Educator
Churches of Christ Care is a non for profit approved service provider of family day care. Our home-based educators are self-employed contractors who benefit from the support of our professional coordination units in the Wide Bay region and Fraser Coast.

As an early childhood educator you will:
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children and families
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with, the National Quality Framework, that is, Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, the National Quality Standard, and the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations, and documentation, providing informal opportunities to communicate regularly children’s progress and activities with their families
- To engage learning outcomes through intentional teaching strategies, inspiring environments, spontaneous play experiences and high-quality documentation
