Trainee

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Early Childhood Trainee to join our Centre in Liverpool. Our experienced group of Educators will mentor your professional development and provide support through on-the-job training and encourage you to become an integral part of our centre.

Your responsibilities include:

• A strong willingness to learn!
• Assist in the delivery of educational programs for all age groups
• Assist in planning learning environments, setting up activities, preparing and cleaning away materials and supplies
• Create a friendly, secure and stimulating interactive learning environment
• Effectively communicate with the parents and ensure they are supported with enquiries
• Maintain positive working relationships with team members

Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
• Motivation to complete studies while working full time
• Ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, for your families and for your Educator colleagues

Essential Requirements

• Current Working With Children Check
• You must be minimum of 18 years of age with no prior qualifications higher than a Certificate 2 in Childcare or any other industry.
