You are expected to carry out the duties and responsibilities associated with your position including those set out in the attached Position Description in Schedule A.  Your performance is expected to reflect the expectations outlined in the Position Description however the Position Description does not form part of this Contract.

The Employer reserves the right to add or amend your duties and responsibilities in accordance with changing circumstances and business needs within the boundaries of your skill and competence.  Any such changes may be reflected in changes to your Position Description made at the discretion of the Employer.

In addition, it is agreed that you shall:

Serve the Employer faithfully, honestly, efficiently and diligently and exercise all due care and skill in the performance of your duties;

Carry out all lawful and reasonable instructions given to you in relation to your employment;

Preserve and promote the best interests of the Employer, and refrain from acting contrary to the interests of the Employer;

Be responsive to the needs of the Employer at all times during your working hours
