Casual Early Learning Educators

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and committed Early Childhood Educators for casual positions opening up within our Early Learning Centre (3-5 years). Applicants need to be Christians of Protestant/Evangelical persuasion, who are active in their own churches and whole heartedly subscribe to the School’s Educational Creed as found on our website www.tyndale.edu.au under Our School, Educational Creed.

Our Early Learning Centre operates from 7:30am to 6pm, five days per week, 50 weeks of the year and comes under the National Quality Framework applicable to Early Childhood Education and Care Services.

The minimum qualification required is Cert III in Children’s Services or equivalent, a current first aid certificate, asthma and anaphylaxis training and the completion of a recognised child protection course. We are looking for people who have an ability to take direction and work as part of a team, have a genuine passion for working with children and have experience engaging in the documentation of children’s learning. (Please include a few examples of your previous documentation of children’s learning with your application).

Early Childhood Educators will be paid at the appropriate step under the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2017-2019 or its replacement.
