The Role

As the Manager / Nominated Supervisor, you will be managing the day to day operation of the business. You will be required to provide leadership and guidance to educators and the staff, assist families, exhibit a hands on and collaborative approach to administrative and compliance requirements.

You are required to demonstrate leadership in policy review and development to meet relevant regulatory requirements and managing the QIP within the service.

You will be able to monitor, track and ensure the financial viability of the service by educator recruitment, occupancy and cost managements.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children Services
  • Working with Children check.
  • Police clearance certificate.
  • First aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis training.
  • Certified supervisor certificate or willing to obtain one.
  • Knowledge of relevant software systems (Preferably Harmony Web) and CCS
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft office.
