We provide national leadership on the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and collaborate with the Australian and state and territory governments.

The Regulatory Authority Support team are responsible for delivering high quality information, training, resources and support to authorised officers in the early childhood sector. We are looking for a Senior Officer that has experience in the delivery and professional support for adult learners and/or the delivery of early education and care programs.
This role is full time for a fixed term of 12 months at ACECQA Band 5 ($83,933 - $102,274)

Selection Criteria
- Experience in the delivery and/or development of training and professional support for adult learners and/or the delivery of quality early childhood education and care programs
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, included a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across audience and genres (including social media, print and web based), backed by high level written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues, internal and external stakeholders and peak organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to research, analyse and conceptualise complex multifaceted concepts and issues, developing proactive and innovative outcomes
- Knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of relevant legislation, contemporary research, policies practices, theories and trends relating to education and care in Australia
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills including accurate record keeping, project delivery and the management of training schedules, meetings and conferences.
Highly desirable skills, knowledge and experience:
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or website administration
