Qualified Casual Childcare Educators

Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Wodonga is seeking casual enthusiastic and experienced Qualified Educators (Diploma and Certificate 3). The successful applicants will possess a passion for high quality care and education and join our team on a casual basis.

The Qualified Educator position encompasses the following:-

  • Nurturing, caring for and educating children aged birth-5 years.
  • Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based, emergent curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Delivering consistent high quality care and  presentation to all work practices
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members,  parents, children and the wider community

Selection Criteria

  • a Diploma of Children's Services or Certificate 3 in Children's Services (or equivalent as recognised by ACECQA)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Senior First Aid and CPR, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • A Certified Supervisor Certificate (desirable)
  • A passion and enthusiasm for learning
  • A desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to enhance a great team environment
  • Knowledge of current regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
