Centre Cook (Childcare)

Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Wodonga is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Casual Centre Cook. The successful applicant will possess a passion for preparing high quality and nutritious food for children from birth to 6 years of age.

The Cook position encompasses the following:

  • Planning and preparing nutritious meals for children from birth to 6 years of age.
  • Catering for the diverse allergy and dietary requirements of children.
  • Implementing the centre's Food Safety Plan.
  • Delivering consistent high quality food and presentation to all work practices.
  • Undertaking all record reporting requirements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community.

Do you possess the following?

  • Food Safety Level 1 and/or 2 qualification.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for cooking.
  • A desire to create nutritious meals for children.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
