To be successful in the role of educator you must:

  • Be willing to undertake certificate III in Child Care Services (traineeship) OR Have a  Certificate III  in Children's Services
  • Love working with children
  • Be outgoing
  • Be a person who loves to take initiative
  • Be friendly

To be successful in the role of Nominated Supervisor you must:

  • Have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Have had previous experince as a Nominated Supervisor
  • Have been through an Assessment and Rating Process
  • Be able to multi task
  • Be confident and hard working
