Early Childhood Teacher

We are a long day care centre located within minutes of Caves Beach in the Lake Macquarie region. Caves Beach Early Learning Centre is seeking a part time Early Childhood Teacher. We are seeking a candidate that is passionate about children's development and early education. You will be reporting to the Centre Director.

Applicants must have:

  • A minimum two years experience in an Educational Leader role
  • Completed an Australian approved Bachelor Degree in Education (Early Childhood)
  • Strong mentoring as well as written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong ability to engage staff, children and families in our educational program
  • Excellent working knowledge of relevant legislation and NQF/EYLF
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check clearance
  • Current CHCPRT001 Child Protection Training
  • Proficient in use of email, Microsoft applications and general IT skills
