Senior Regional Operations Manager

This role assumes one of the key leadership positions within our VIC operations business. Reporting to the one of the State Managers, you will work closely in mentoring and supporting a team of Area Managers and Educators in providing exceptional care to primary age students in before and after school care. Operating as part of a national team, your experience will allow you to contribute ideas in relation to best practice and commercial outcomes and ensuring strong and lasting relationships are built with the schools we partner with.
 
As a leader within the Early and/or School Aged Education and Care sector, this role will see you assume responsibility for:
 * Providing subject matter expertise to Regional Operations Managers
 * The attainment of quality assessment and ratings;
 * Quality service delivery & Rating and Assessment outcomes
 * Ensuring retention and growth of services
 * Effective relationship management
 * Minimise risk and manage safety in services
 * Manage service delivery to achieve budgeted results
 * Lead and manage performance & development
 * Effective utilisation of employees

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
 * Childcare industry knowledge and experience gained at management level
 * Experience of managing relationships with schools or similar
 * Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
