Room Leaders

We are looking for a Room Leaders to lead our under three room:

• Minimum 2 years full time work experience in the role with excellent communication and organisation skills are some of the qualities that we are after
• The successful candidates will be working with a team of qualified and experienced educators to plan and implement a high quality early years learning program to engage, challenge and stimulate children's learning
• Be responsible for the running of the babies or toddlers room, attend to children's routines and organise the day to day operation with team members
• Working collaboratively with other educators, families and management. Commit to quality improvement and achieve planned goals
• Attend regular professional development and flexible with shift work
