Early Childhood Teacher

Aussie Kids of Moree is a family owned Long Day Care Centre in Moree, Northern NSW.  We are currently looking for a Degree Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to work in our Centre.

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring operations are compliant with legislative requirements of the National Regulations and National Quality Framework while working within our dedicated team to develop existing staff skills, developing an inclusive educational program consistent with the EYLF, be a part of our team to complete policy reviews & updates, as well as QIP and promoting our service.

Criteria:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current approved First Aid Certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a high quality educational program based on appropriate curriculum and legislative frameworks and child protection procedures.
  • Previous experience in the education and care of children aged 0 – 5
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills including communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation
  • Demonstrated strong customer service experience including strong stakeholder and customer engagement
  • Current legislative required certificates including First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
  • Awareness and experience in both the NQF and EYLF
  • Completion of relevant Child Protection Training
