Cook for homely, boutique service

We are looking for a wonderful cook to join our established, friendly team.  Our service has up to 68 children a day with established processes and menus in place. Your shift will mostly be from 7:30am to 4pm, with a one hour lunch break, Monday to Friday.

You will need your Certificate III, but if you don't have it we will support you to get it.

This is a great opportunity for someone who shows initiative, enjoys cooking, is passionate about feeding children nutritious, good quality food and likes being part of a team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • providing morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea as per menus
  • ordering stock and limiting wastage
  • supporting the team
  • sharing nutrition-based information (news, guidelines etc)
  • looking out for our beautiful Stella (she's our much loved dog)

Please email Caitlin, if you would like to apply, we'd love to hear from you!

(Note, our service continues to operate with a few adjustments throughout COVID-19.  We proudly share that our team members have remained on full pay and full hours during this challenging period.  We understand that job security is important to people.)
