Essential Criteria
Diploma level early childhood qualification (ACECQA approved)
Knowledge and understanding of National Law, National Regulations, National Quality Standards, Early Years Learning Framework.
Current First Aid qualification and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
Current Child Protection
Current working with children check.
Responsibilities
Fulfill the Educational leader roll and commitment.
Actively contribute to the education program at the centre team
Always engage and supervise the children
Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
Comply with National Regulation as well as our policies and procedures
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
