Early Childhood Development Coordinator
About the role
This position is responsible for the overall operation of one of Council’s Early Learning Centres, including the planning and implementation of an innovative educational program for children from 6 weeks to 6 years within the National Quality Framework. On a daily basis, you will manage the running of the Centre, ensuring Regulatory compliance and including staff management and development, administration and customer service.
About the person
The successful candidate should have previous experience
The successful candidate should have an ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teacher qualification and previous experience in a leadership role within an Early Education and Care service. They should have a of the Education and Care Services National Regulations as well as extensive knowledge and experience with the Early Years Learning Framework. Applicants should have a current First Aid Certificate and a Working with Children Check clearance number.
It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have experience with the QikKids Childcare Management System.
