Tall Tree Outside School Care - OSHC Coordinator

Due to continued growth of our high quality OSHC services we are looking for a Coordinator to join our passionate team of educators to open a new OSHC service at Manning Primary School. Servicing other local schools this service will be an important part of the local community.

What you will bring

  • Proven experience leading a team of educators in a similar role
  • An innovative and positive approach with a proven ability to build, lead and foster a positive team culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can diffuse a situation where necessary and have wonderful listening skills. Relationship building and management is key
  • A proven ability to excel under pressure and be adaptable to change
  • Sound knowledge of My Time Our Place and the National Quality Standards

For your application to be considered you must hold:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current National Police Clearance 
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Current driver's license
  • Fully vaccinated for Covid-19
