About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator (Responsible Person) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned learning environment, lead a team of educators, and uphold the highest standards of education, safety, and compliance under the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Foster inclusive, culturally responsive, and engaging learning environments that reflect children’s interests and strengths.

Maintain accurate documentation and assessments of children’s learning and development.

Lead and mentor educators through reflective practice, professional guidance, and team collaboration.

Uphold and model best practice in health, safety, and child protection standards.

Engage families and the local community in meaningful partnerships that support children’s learning.

Fulfil the Responsible Person role in the absence of the Nominated Supervisor/Director.
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA).

At least two years’ experience in a leadership or Lead Educator role.

In-depth knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and EYLF.

Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
-
Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certification.
