5 Day Nanny Educator (15834) Croydon (Live in)

5 days per week with children aged 3 years & 16 months
Rate:  $36.86 - $38.08 (L2) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Monday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

Flex with days (spread of 50 hours Mon to Sun, could have days between 6 and 12 hours in length) & flex with times

A friendly, fun and easy going family in Croydon, Far North QLD are looking for a warm and responsible educator to care for their two young children aged 1 and 3 in a live-in role starting mid-January 2026. Seeking someone who is:

• Energetic, kind and trustworthy
• Experienced with young children
• Comfortable with light housekeeping related to the children’s (meals, tidying toys etc.)
• Loves animals (there’s no shortage at this property!

Must genuinely love children as you will be helping to nurture two gorgeous little ones through play, learning and routine. The role is flexible, so there’s plenty of time to get social, explore and attend local events while soaking up all that station life has to offer.
This is a unique In Home Care educator role where every day brings something new!

You must: 
- Not essential, but preferable to have or be working towards getting your Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care or have a relevant higher education
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example:  visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
