4 Day Nanny Educator (15822) Bamawm
4 days per week with children aged 3 years, 8 years, 10 years & 12 years
Rate: $40.30 - $43.01 (L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)
Tuesday: 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 2:30pm – 7:00pm (fortnightly)
Thursday: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm

A family is seeking a patient, kind, and nurturing educator to support a young child in a home-based setting.
The ideal candidate will create and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities that promote independence, developmental growth, and kindergarten readiness, while keeping learning fun and aligned with the child’s interests.
Responsibilities include supporting the child’s unique learning and developmental needs with consistency and care, following specific food preparation guidelines to meet nutritional and health requirements, and assisting with daily routines while focusing on developmentally appropriate activities that build upon milestones.
Programming should reflect the child’s emerging interests, using play, exploration, and creativity to inspire curiosity and confidence.
The child is the youngest of four and enjoys people, music, books, role play, and spending time with her siblings and family pets.
She also loves active play, including time on the trampoline and climbing activities.
Goals for this role include supporting gross motor development and community readiness and building the foundational skills needed for kindergarten and school success.
You must:
- Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
