About the business

Mary Ranken Child Care Centre is a not-for-profit community-based service in the beautiful township of Gunnedah.  We have been providing high quality care to families in the area for over 48 years.  Our township has a rich mining and agricultural flavour and proudly boasts the tag of “Koala Capital of the world”.

The service is licensed for 39 places for 0-6-year old’s and has 4 rooms, Babies, Toddlers, Preschool and School Readiness.  We have a dedicated team of experienced Educators and pride ourselves on delivering high quality education and care every day.

The Role

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated and passionate team.  This is a part-time position (minimum 3 days p/w) with option for full-time for the right person.  

Skills and Experience

To apply you must have:

• Degree approved by ACECQA
• WWCC
• First aid and CPR
• Excellent organisation skills and time management
• Be highly motivated and team oriented
• Be committed to critical thinking, continuous improvement and reflective practices
