Your Role: Develop, implement and lead the programs for the Centre Create a fun and caring environment for all participants Oversee the daily operations of the Centre Communicate and foster strong relationships with parents and the local community Leading and engaging in critical reflection and evaluation in order to plan and implement an innovative, relevant educational program for young children within a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing environment Leading and engaging in professional learning in order to keep up to date with current and well-founded early childhood research, theory and practice Leading, establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with those in the Education Precinct as part of the broader professional learning community Candidates with the following skill set are encouraged to apply: Centre Director or Teacher experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills An understanding of the developmental areas for children. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor team members.
