About the role As the Out-of-School-Hours-Care (OSHC) 2IC, your primary responsibility will be to support the OSHC Coordinator whilst being part of ratio on the floor within the service's. You will ensure that the OSHC service is responsive to the needs of children and families. Play a role in ensuring overall quality and compliance of the management and administration of the OSHC service operations in line with YMCA NSW policies and procedures and the Education and care Services National Regulations. To be successful in this role, you will have HLTAID004 First Aid Current CPR certificate Identify & Respond child protection certificate Experience in leading a team of Educators (Preferred) Min. Carnamah Childcare Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, diligent and caring supervisor to lead the reopening of our newly renovated centre. This small centre is run by a not for profit local group and has much community support behind it. It is hoped that the centre will open for the beginning of Semester 2 2018. Initially the centre will be open for three days a week with the specific days of operation being negotiable.
