Lead Educator As a Lead Educator you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our curriculum to deliver a quality education and care program, as well as coach and supervise the room's educators embedding a culture of ongoing reflective practice. To be considered for this role, you will have the following Diploma level qualification in children's services. Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Lead Educator/Room Leader in a long day care setting Current Working with Children Check. Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certificate. Understanding of the National Quality Framework, including NQS, EYLF and 'Belonging, Being and Becoming'. Professional oral and written communication skills & the ability to provide feedback to families and colleagues Ability to actively reflect on practice, and willingness to engage in continuing professional development, contribute to mentoring staff members, and participate in research projects as appropriate. Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in day to day work and in solving problems. Dedication and be passionate for early learning education and working with children of all ages. Assistant Educator Ideally you will have the following: Certificate III level qualification in children's services or approved equivalent qualification, with relevant experience in long day care or other early childhood settings. Current Working with Children Check Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certificate. Understanding of the National Quality Framework, including NQS, EYLF and 'Belonging, Being and Becoming".
