You will bring:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and a passion for high-quality care

  • Leadership experience in an early childhood setting (Centre Director or 2IC)

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills

  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance

  • WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection Certificate

  • Management of day to day operations of the Centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures.

You will be passionate about pedagogy and curriculum planning and experienced in developing respectful relationships with children, their families and multidisciplinary professionals in leading a team striving for continuous improvement in the provision of quality care and education in a Long Day Care.
