You’ll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Experience as a 2IC or senior Room Leader in a quality setting

  • Knowledge of EYLF, NQS and child-led practice

  • Strong understanding of childcare regulations and compliance

  • A warm, collaborative leadership style

  • WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection Certificate
