What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centre Manager role

• A Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care

• A solid understanding of EYLF, NQS, and practical knowledge of QKLG

• A current WWCC and First Aid certifications

• A natural leader with strong communication, people, and organisational skills

• Passionate about delivering exceeding-quality care and education

As our Centre Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a team of educators

• Drive quality programming, compliance, and team development

• Build strong, genuine relationships with families and the wider community

• Create a warm, inclusive and high-performing centre culture

• Ensure all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements are met
