Cook

We are looking for a dedicated Early Childcare Cook to provide healthy food for our children. We have 60 children a day with a large purpose built kitchen. We are next to the Vineyard railway station in a semi rural area.

It is a permanent part time position of 25 hours a day Monday - Friday. You will be responsible for preparing all meals, helping to prepare the menu and supporting educators to provide cooking experiences for children. You will be able to manage your time, have confidence with catering for children with allergy and cultural dietary restrictions and ensuring the kitchen maintains a high level of cleanliness.

To be eligible:

- have or a food safety supervisor certificate

- be a team player, professional and organised

- have good communication skills

- have a current working with children check.
