At Wonder Garden, we are looking for dynamic, passionate and experienced Teacher who is ready to step into a leadership role.
What we are looking for:

A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

A current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
-
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
-
Proven ability to create inclusive, engaging learning environments
-
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, and colleagues
-
A collaborative mindset and leadership potential
-
Passion for fostering curiosity, creativity, and emotional wellbeing in young learners
Key Responsibilities:

Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Observing, documenting, and assessing children’s learning and development, adapting programs to meet individual needs
-
Mentoring and supporting educators, with the opportunity to assist or step into the Educational Leader role
-
Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community
-
Creating safe, clean, and stimulating learning environments that promote wellbeing, resilience, and creativity
-
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS), relevant legislation, and centre policies
-
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our centre’s philosophy, practices, and procedures

Participating actively in team meetings and professional development to enhance your practice and leadership
