Kindikids is looking for Early Childhood Educators - Diploma Room Leader

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about promoting a safe, respectful and positive environment.

 About the role:

Locations: Five Dock, NSW

Role Type: Full Time 

This is a full-time position for our preschool room to work with an experienced team in a supportive and nurturing environment.

  • Leading a team of educators across the preschool rooms.

  • Assist in the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

  • Provide high-quality care and supervision to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children.

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, the team and the wider community.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and regulations governing early childhood education and care.

What we are looking for:

  • a passion for working with young children and a commitment to their care and education.

  • effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • a responsible and reliable approach to your work.

  • demonstrated experience working as an Educator for 2+ years

  • a Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

  • a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • sound knowledge of Children's Services Regulations and other legislative requirements.

  • a Working with Children Check clearance.
