Cook Position - Early Childhood

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated cook to join our team at Macarthur Kids in Narellan.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who not only has a love for cooking but also cherishes the joy of working with chidlren.

Candidate must have previous experience working in a childcare centre kitchen or similar settings.

Shift time 7.30-3.30pm - we also have a second kitchen hand to support you in this role workign as a team.

Essential:

Must have a valid working with childrens check

Effective communication

Knowledge in diet requirements/allergies (training can be offered)

Comply with all relevant  ECEC Regulations, Food Safety legislation, NQS, policies and procedures

Maintaining high standard of personal hygiene

Participating in all staff meetings

Providing healthy, nutritious food and beverages which meet children’s cultural, developmental and health needs
