3 Day Nanny (8994) Melbourne

3 days per week with a child aged 3 years
Rate:  $35-$37 per hour + Super

Thursday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday: 7:00 am - 6:00 pm

This family would like:
A professional and caring family is seeking a dedicated full-time Nanny to join their household and provide high-quality care over three days per week, ideally Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, from 7:00am to 6:00pm (33 hours in total).
This role is perfect for someone who brings a genuine love of working with children and thrives in a structured, supportive home environment.
The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching or early childhood education, or be currently studying in the field.
A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, and the family is particularly interested in someone who is youthful, energetic, and ready to actively engage with their child’s daily routines and learning.
Responsibilities include driving the child to and from school and extra-curricular activities, preparing healthy meals, and handling light housework related to the child.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, following the family’s care structure and routines, and able to take initiative where needed.
Flexibility is important, as the role may occasionally involve overnight care and, on occasion, interstate or international travel with the family.
All applicants must hold a current Working With Children Check, police clearance, first aid, and CPR certification. A full driver’s licence and safe driving record are essential.

You must have or be willing to get: 
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Have or be willing to obtain Nanny Insurance (otherwise, there is the option to be covered under the Agency's policy for an annual fee)
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example:  visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
