Early Childhood Teacher
Little Elves Claremont Childcare Centre is seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Bargo, NSW. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey and holistic development of our young learners, aged 0-5 years. What you'll be doing

Designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework

Fostering a warm, inclusive and stimulating learning environment that supports children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development

Observing, documenting and assessing children's progress to inform individualised learning plans

Building strong, collaborative relationships with children, families and the wider childcare community

Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

Actively participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Registration or eligibility for registration as an Early Childhood Teacher in NSW

Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, play-based educational programs for children aged 0-5 years

Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy and current best practices in early childhood education

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
