Citipointe  Childcare and Kindergarten | Early Childhood Educator – Full-Time

Citipointe Childcare are Kindergarten are seeking enthusiastic Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our vibrant team, full-time with opportunities starting now and Jan 2026. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with educators, children, and families to design and implement engaging programs aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

  • Support children’s learning and development during their foundational years.

  • Document curriculum and embrace creativity through an emergent curriculum approach.

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, team members, and management.

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and uphold centre policies and procedures.

  • Actively contribute to the smooth operation of the centre and support your room team.

  • Uphold our Christian ethos in all aspects of your work.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in early childhood education.

  • Current Blue Card and Child Protection Certificate.

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates.
