At Footsteps Early Learning Centre, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Room Leader to guide our 3–5-year-olds through a meaningful school preparation program - one that celebrates play, discovery, and lifelong learning.

We’re located in the close proximity of a number of local schools meaing we are perfectly positioned to build strong transitions for children starting their next educational adventure. Your Role
In the 3-5 years room you will:

Create a vibrant, engaging curriculum that prepares children for school while nurturing their individuality.

Lead a small, passionate team of educators who share your vision for high-quality early learning.

Build strong relationships with families, supporting each child’s readiness journey.

Embed the Early Years Learning Framework and Footsteps’ play-based approach into every day.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Brings experience leading a preschool or school preparation program
-
Has a deep understanding of school preparation and child development.

Is creative, organised, and genuinely loves seeing children grow in confidence and capability.
