• Have a strong understanding of the VEYLF, National Quality Standards, and Regulations

• Are committed to reflective practice, continuous improvement, and child safety

• Availability to work Monday - Friday varying hours

Your Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

• Plan and implement engaging, high-quality educational programs

• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team

• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues

• Support a culture of reflection, responsibility, and excellence

Requirements

• Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection Training

• All certifications must be current and valid throughout employment

• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa only
