About the Position

We are seeking passionate, dedicated, and nurturing Early Childhood Professionals to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Education & Care

  • Provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years

  • Support children’s learning through intentional teaching, play-based experiences, and meaningful interactions

  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children at all times

  • Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS

  • Maintain a warm, responsive, and inclusive environment for all children and families

Documentation & Programming

  • Contribute to observations, documentation, and assessment of children’s learning

  • Assist with maintaining accurate daily records, routines, and communication with families

  • Support the creation of engaging learning environments and curriculum experiences

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, children, and families

  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development

  • Follow all service policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Professional Conduct

  • Demonstrate reliable, respectful, and consistent professional behaviour

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold the service’s values and philosophy

  • Engage in reflective practice and continuous improvement

About You

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care 

  • Current Working With Children Check

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)

  • Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with young children

  • They operate multiple rooms (six in total) so children are grouped by age, infants/nursery, toddlers, preschoolers, enabling age-appropriate care and learning.
