4 Day Nanny Educator (15833) Redbank Plains
Rate: $40.30 - $45.38 (L3-Dip) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)
4 days per week with children aged 6 years & 5 years
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Not Flex with days - 3 x 10 hour and 1 x 8 hour, Educator can choose which days
Flex with times - Educator can choose which days are the shorter days.

A warm and welcoming family of three is seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join them in supporting their two delightful children, aged 6 and 5. This is a unique opportunity to foster creativity, emotional growth, and a love of learning through engaging, play-based experiences. Having a keen interest in neuro diversity and stimulative play would be a bonus. The focus is on connection, creativity, and curiosity - not worksheets and whiteboards. These bright and energetic children love imaginative play and hands-on learning. Their interests include drawing, Lego, Minecraft, and animals, playing outdoors in their fairy garden, cooking and creating in the kitchen, riding scooters and playing totem tennis. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, proactive, and confident in planning play-based learning experiences that build on the children’s natural interests. We are particularly looking for someone who can gently support emotional development and social understanding, Identifying and verbalizing the children’s emotions. Recognizing the feelings of others. Helping the children to develop skills in extending focus, concentration, and task engagement.
You must:
- Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
