We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our wonderful team as a Trainee Early Childhood Educator. This traineeship is designed for someone like you – you don't need any prior qualifications! You'll work full-time with us, gaining hands-on experience and learning invaluable skills, while we fully support you in studying for your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

What We're Looking For (Trainee Essential Criteria - no experience needed, just passion!):

Dedicated and committed to completing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Have effective communication and interpersonal skills – you love talking to people!

Hold a current approved Working With Children Check (WWCC), or be willing to get one (we can guide you on this).

Comfortable using basic computer programs (like Microsoft Word) and iPads, or keen to learn.

What We're Looking For (Experienced Casual Essential Criteria):

Hold a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

Minimum of 1 year proven experience working with children aged 3-5 in an early childhood setting.

Demonstrated understanding and ability to implement the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational activities.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Reliable, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team or independently.

Hold a current approved Working With Children Check (WWCC).

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).

Comfortable using basic computer programs (like Microsoft Word) and iPads.
