About the Service
Our program is grounded in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF v2.0) and shaped by best practice approaches that honour each child, their family, and their community. The curriculum at ECTARC Clipper Road will be:
- Trauma‑informed, recognising the impact life experiences have on a child’s development, and ensuring predictable, nurturing, emotionally safe environments.
- Strengths‑based, celebrating each child’s unique abilities, interests, culture, and ways of being.
- Inclusive of all abilities, with seamless support for children who require additional assistance.
- Family‑centred, acknowledging families as partners, experts, and the child’s first teachers.
- Child‑led and inquiry/play‑based, encouraging curiosity, agency, and deep engagement in learning.
- Holistic, supporting all domains of development—social, emotional, physical, cognitive, communicative, and spiritual.
- Integrated, with educators and Allied Health Professionals working side‑by‑side to embed support within everyday routines and play.
What makes ECTARC Clipper Road unique is our embedded professional support model delivered in partnership with Noah’s Inclusion Services. This integrated, multidisciplinary approach ensures children, families, and educators receive high‑quality, wraparound support every day. We will have:

- A dedicated Child and Family Practitioner to strengthen family partnerships, aligning goals and support strategies for the team around the child and help families navigate services.
- A collaborative team culture where knowledge is shared and learning is continuous.
This model removes barriers for families, ensures early identification and intervention, and builds educator confidence to support diverse developmental needs.
