5 Day Nanny Educator (15863) Beckenham

5 days per week with children aged 11 years & 7 years
Rate:  $40.30 - $45.38  (L3-Dip) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Monday: 7:00 am - 8:45 am AND 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Tuesday: 7:00 am - 8:45 am AND 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Wednesday: 7:00 am - 8:45 am AND 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Thursday: 7:00 am - 8:45 am AND 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm
Friday: 7:00 am - 8:45 am AND 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Flex with times (7am to 5pm during school term if a child is sick, 8am to 6pm during school holidays)

This family would like:
A bright, warm family of four is seeking a patient, experienced Educator to provide before and after school care, with the ability to extend to full days during school holidays.
Flexibility is important, as the family would also appreciate an Educator who can increase hours when a child is unwell.
Experience with neurodiversity and type 1 diabetes would be highly valued.
The household includes additional support workers, as the mother lives with a disability, and the family is immunocompromised.
Care is for two children, aged 7 and 11. The 7-year-old loves outdoor adventures, dancing, craft, rabbits, singing and anything musical. The 11-year-old has a strong interest in science and computers and benefits from guidance with self-regulation, developing life skills and building independence.
The Educator must be comfortable working in a home shared with a friendly cat and rabbit.

You must: 
- Have obtained or are working towards your Cert III, Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education & Care OR have a Bachelor teaching degree in Primary Education and are registered with the teaching authority board of the relevant state
- Be an experienced child care worker with at least 3 professional references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example:  visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
