Are you a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher looking for a supportive and inspiring environment to thrive? Pioneer Road LDC, a privately owned, purpose-built centre at 20 Pioneer Rd, Bellambi, NSW, is seeking a dedicated educator to join our exceptional team. This is a permanent part-time position for 7.5 hours on Fridays, with the flexability to discuss more hours if desired. We are flexible.

About the Role:
As an Early Childhood Teacher at Pioneer Road, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing engaging and innovative learning programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborating effectively with the team to achieve shared goals.
To be successful, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Teaching (essential).
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework (NQF), and relevant regulations.
- Current First Aid certificate, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain).
- Cleared Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
