Are you passionate about working with children and ready to take the next step in your early childhood career? We are a family-owned childcare centre proudly operating for over 25 years, and we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our fun, friendly, and supportive team.

About the Role

As the Room Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, writing, and implementing engaging programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Ensuring programs align with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Completing children’s observations, learning stories, and reflections

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

  • Maintaining room organisation and completing general household duties

  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members

  • Contributing positively to our centre’s culture and community

About You

We are seeking someone who:

  • Holds a Diploma in Children’s Services / Early Childhood Education and Care or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

  • Has experience working in the childcare industry

  • Is reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic

  • Has a genuine passion for working with children

  • Is confident leading a room and guiding other educators

  • Is available to work Monday to Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts between 7:30am – 5:30pm

  • Is available to start immediately
