About Tarella House

Tarella House Early Learning Centre is a privately-owned centre in a beautiful heritage building, with an expansive outdoor environment.  We are a new centre seeking a team of dedicated and passionate staff to join us in creating a quality environment for children to feel safe, secure and supported. The successful candidate will encourage key stakeholder engagement and participation in curriculum decision making, in addition to guiding and supporting colleagues with their pedagogical practice.

We are seeking educational leaders who are passionate about the Reggio Emilia approach to education and have a desire to share their passion with fellow educators. We are seeking someone who takes initiative has a desire to challenge themselves and learn.

Your Role

You'll work alongside the director to motivative, inspire and guide the educational practices and programming of Tarella House ELC to create an educational environment that meets the needs of the children and families, as an active leading team member, providing a safe, stimulating and educational environment.

You will work across all age groups and rooms in the service in a position which is both in and out of ratio. Our centre has a supportive team that are eager to learn and challenge themselves.
