2 Day Nanny Educator (15905) The Basin

2 days per week with children aged 6 years & 4 years
Rate:  $37.84 - $42.65 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

Wednesday: 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Friday: 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Flex with days and times (during school holidays shifts will be 3 to 4 full days)

A warm and welcoming family is seeking a fun, supportive and engaged Educator to join their home environment.
In this role, you will guide the children through enriching, developmentally appropriate learning experiences tailored to their individual needs, followed by calm wind down activities to help them transition after a busy day.
The children enjoy a wide range of interests including Lego, reading, visiting parks, trampoline play, bike riding, remote-control cars and imaginative play.
The Educator will be encouraged to incorporate these interests into engaging experiences that support creativity, problem solving, language development and social interaction.
This rewarding role would suit someone who thrives in a nurturing home environment and genuinely enjoys supporting children’s curiosity and learning.
A calm, mature and steady presence is important in helping the children feel supported and secure.
While not essential, experience with neurodiversity, or a genuine interest in developing knowledge in this area, would be highly regarded.

The family would like Educator to flex up in School holidays to three/four full days.

You must: 
- Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
- Provide at least 3 references.
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid
- Have a car & driver's licence
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example:  visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
