Room Assistant (Cert III / Diploma) – Early Childhood Education

We are a privately owned service located in Matraville and are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Certificate III or Diploma qualified educator to join our team as a Room Assistant.

About the Role:

As a valued team member, you will assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children. The role involves supporting the delivery of high-quality care and education that meets the social, emotional, educational, and physical needs of each child, while also encouraging family participation and engagement within the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support educators in implementing engaging and developmentally appropriate programs
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Encourage and support children’s learning through play-based experiences
• Assist in maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
