Centre Director

Are you a visionary early childhood leader who values connection, quality, and impact? Tarella House is seeking a Full-Time Centre Director to lead our beautiful boutique service.

We are looking for a passionate leader who can guide the service with heart and purpose as they strengthen the presence and relationships in the community. You Will Bring:

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

  • Experience as a Centre Director or strong 2IC ready to step up

  • A deep understanding of NQS, EYLF and 0–2 year development

  • Proven leadership and team development experience

  • WWCC, First Aid & CPR, Child Protection Certificate
